The Challenge
AI workflows are easy to build and hard to trust. Without visibility, teams either over-trust the system or stop using it entirely after the first weird output. A black box doesn't make it past month two.
The Direction
Observability first. Every run is logged, every decision visible, every action reversible. Humans can intervene at any step, override AI suggestions, and replay a run with adjusted inputs. The dashboard reads like a control panel, not a magic box.
