The Challenge

The brief: a team that needs a professional online presence to attract local customers and enable online bookings. Foot traffic alone was no longer enough — they needed to show up in local search and convert that visibility into reservations.

The Direction

Warm but professional. A visual identity that feels human and rooted in the local area without sliding into kitsch. Mobile-first design (the majority of local discovery happens on a phone) with local SEO baked into the structure: schema, NAP consistency, location pages, and Google Maps embed.
